Null Trust²
A zero-knowledge vault for the data that matters most—bank accounts, crypto keys, identity documents, and credentials. When someone else needs a copy, share it structured and encrypted—not as email attachments or chat screenshots.

Your vault runs on your device. Create, search, and edit assets offline—no account required to start.
Your master password and keys never leave the browser. We cannot read your ciphertext.
Purpose-built fields for crypto wallets, bank accounts, documents, and credentials—not blank notes.
Fill-in-the-field templates with copy buttons and encryption—not a freeform canvas.
NT² is built for the moment your data must reach another person: a contractor, landlord, family member, or your own second device. You choose what leaves the vault; recipients decrypt with their vault or a share passphrase—NT² never sees plaintext.
Hand production API keys or admin logins to a teammate in structured Credential fields—via encrypted vault exchange or a passphrase-protected link instead of Slack or email.
Store national ID or passport images as encrypted Document attachments, then share one package with a landlord or employer—not loose photos in a messaging app.
Send routing and account fields to another NT² vault or a one-time encrypted link when setting up joint finances—without screenshotting your banking app.
Present redacted fields in person or on a call (e.g. confirm issuer without exposing full document numbers)—see [Safe presentation](/guides/safe-presentation).
Inbox, trusted contacts, and Receive/Send sharing are available in the app today. Local storage and `.nt2backup` backup work offline with no subscription.
Structured fields for the assets people still store in notes apps, screenshots, and email drafts.
Record mnemonics in a Crypto template—not a photo in your camera roll or a draft email.
Keep passport details and encrypted scans in one Document entry—ready offline at the embassy.
No account required to start. Export a `.nt2backup` backup and move devices without trusting the cloud.
We do not compete on browser autofill—we focus on structured storage, person-to-person encrypted handoff, and true offline use.

No. Your master password is used only inside the browser's Web Crypto API to derive encryption keys. It is never sent to NT² servers.
No—and that is intentional. Without your master password or a valid `.nt2backup` backup, ciphertext cannot be decrypted. NT² has no back door.
No. Create a vault entirely on your device without email signup. Cloud features (Premium sync) use a Vault Key DID—not your email.
Yes. After the first load, core vault operations work fully offline. Your encrypted data lives in local SQLite on device (OPFS) with attachment ciphertext in a per-vault BlobStore.
