What this template is
The Property template stores real-estate reference data: property address, deed or title reference, lender, loan account number, and purchase date. It keeps mortgage and ownership details findable by title and category filter—structured alternative to a long Secure Note.
When to use it (and when not to)
Good fits
- Refinance paperwork needs deed reference and lender loan number in one place
- Estate planning—executor can locate property and lender without parsing notes
- Rental vs primary residence—one item per property

Tips and common mistakes
- Enable pack first—Property does not appear in Add asset until toggled on.
- Separate property and bank items—loan metadata here; routing and checking numbers in Bank Account.
- One property per item—easier filters and safer partial export.
- Product boundary—NT² does not provide valuations, maps, or Zillow-style integrations.
